A materials-based colour blocking effect in the kitchens and striking black islands set these interiors apart from the expected. Smoked glass curbless showers and large format tiles make the homes feel refined and tailored to a discerning clientele.

Beau is the first multi-family project in Vancouver to utilize mass timber construction, and the only project in Canada with exposed CLT (cross-laminated timber) ceilings.
