Our first collaboration with Formwerks Boutique Properties under the umbrella of Archetype Studio, The Point is a limited collection of six heritage homes in prestigious Point Grey.

The Point boasts stunning ocean views, and is just a short walk from Jericho Beach, the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, and West Point Grey Park. Taking notes from the heritage-style architecture, the interiors focus on vintage details with a modern, refined edge.

Elements such as soft curves, hand-crafted wall tiles, and chevron hardwood floors speak to the unique identity of the structure and location. Matte painted shaker cabinets, textural countertops, natural marble slab details and cast concrete fireplaces warm the spaces and invite relaxation.
